Jenifer Caplan, Broker and Owner has helped buyer and sellers in Florida and New York over the past 30 years. She has been involved with over $300 million dollars in transactions. Her approach is unique and with her training in energy work her appraoch allows her to understand the exact needs of her clients and deliever for them in the most professional of settings. Having grown up in a real estate family, she also holds a ba in accounting from Tulane university and a master’s degree in real estate finance from NYU. she is a former accountant at Ernst and Young and has worked as a commercial underwriter for M&T bank. She has also launched a fashion line. currently residing in Miami Beach, she has been featured in local, national, and international publications for her entrepreneurial achievements. grounded in a culture of alignment, integrity, and conscious intention, Jenifer brings a spiritually informed perspective to business, combining disciplined data analysis with intuitive insight.
